Guests on the Hukou Waterfall itinerary will generally travel in the same vehicle as guests visiting both the Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor and Hukou Waterfall; upon arrival at the Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor, guests only visiting Hukou Waterfall will need to wait here for their fellow travellers. They can also choose to purchase tickets on-site at their own expense to visit the Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor, and are free to arrange their time during the wait.
The Hukou Waterfall scenic area is windy and has heavy mist. It is recommended to prepare a windproof jacket and non-slip shoes in advance. When taking photos, be sure to maintain a safe distance from the shore and do not approach dangerous areas.
