After the guided tour, you'll taste four wines from our cellar paired with delicious local products:

  1. “Minutolo” (white) served with semolina bread bruschetta topped with garden tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, and Primosale - a very fresh cheese, accompanied with Minutolo jam.
  2. '“Aurora primitivo rosè” paired with fresh Mozzarella and 'Poverella' Courgette - sun-dried with mint and EVO oil.
  3. “Cabernet Sauvignon” (red) comes with wild pig salami and fresh Canestrato cheese with quince jam.
  4. “Primitivo” (red) matched with Caciocavallo cheese, protected by DOP status, served with cherry honey, and Capocollo from Martina Franca, also with DOP status.
