Start your day by arriving at the headquarters of the local partner where you will meet your friendly guide. From here, you will travel to the start of the ride in a shuttle van. Once you have arrived you will receive a quick instruction on what you will need to know along the way. You can relax in the hands of professional guides who have plenty of experience and know the trails well.

You will bike between 12-14km along a beautiful gravel trail, that passes through native bush and spectacular farmland. All the while travelling along New Zealand's longest River - The Waikato River. Get to discover flora and fauna only seen in New Zealand and the native birdlife that is all around you. Approximately half way through this extremely popular section of trail, you will take a route through a unique wetland over a 500-meter long continuous boardwalk. You will also travel over an awe inspiring swingbridge built in the 1920's.
