Your visit begins with a presentation of the history of the estate and our winemaking methods, followed by a guided tour of our rock-hewn cellars. You will discover each stage in the production of our wines, from pressing to ageing.

The tour continues with a guided tasting of six iconic wines: one Crémant de Bourgogne, three village appellation wines, and two Premiers Crus. The tasting is accompanied by gougères in a variety of flavours, including Comté cheese, Époisses cheese, and escargots persillade.
