You will discover historic avenues, honorary graves, elaborate monuments and important areas of the cemetery. This is not just about names and dates, but also about the stories behind the graves and the development of this unique place.

    Choose your preferred tour time

Standard walking tour – during the day

    What you will experience:
Historic burial sites and honorary graves
    Stories about famous people
    Vienna's history and cemetery culture
    Impressive architecture and monuments
Interesting stories away from the classic landmarks
On the Friday tour: a special evening atmosphere

Note: The evening tour is not a separate route, but a special version of the guided Central Cemetery tour with the same historical focus, but at a different time of day.
