After a break for lunch, we'll visit the Petit Trianon, Marie-Antoinette's exquisite private palace set in luxuriant gardens, and the place she loved the most. You'll glimpse her private theatre, known as ‘the jewel of Versailles’, and wander through the queen’s ersatz Normandy village, with vineyards, a dairy, and a vegetable farm, built specially for her to simulate the healthy simplicity of country life.

No visit to Versailles is complete without including the Domain of Marie-Antoinette. For your comfort, and to reduce walking on this tour, we will take the 'Petit Train' to and from the Petit Trianon.
