What you can expect

This course is about vegan cooking without a show, without special products, and without a thousand spice delicacies. It's about a brutally uncomplicated and down-to-earth cuisine that tastes good and is surprisingly easy to make.

You will learn the most important basic principles that allow you to create a complete, delicious meal from just a few ingredients at any time. You will learn how to create roasted aromas and how to add creaminess and vibrancy to your dishes. And: how you can conjure up delicious vegan dishes surprisingly cheaply and quickly.

We deliberately cook with short ingredient lists and simple techniques. And because it's a crash course, it's also incredibly fast. The aim is that you can incorporate the ideas and tips from the course into your everyday life and that from now on you will cook delicious vegan dishes that are extremely suitable for everyday use.
