What you can expect

Start your morning with soulful Vedic chants, classical music, and yoga rituals as the golden sun rises over the Ganges.

Day 1 – Sunrise Rituals, Ancient Temples & Mesmerising Aarti
Your day begins before dawn at Assi Ghat, where the mystical Subah-e-Banaras ceremony welcomes the rising sun with Vedic chants and devotional music. Soon after, enjoy a serene boat ride (as per price selection) on the sacred Ganges River, passing iconic ghats including Manikarnika Ghat and Harishchandra Ghat while your guide narrates the spiritual stories of Kashi.

After breakfast, proceed for darshan at Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Walk through the vibrant lanes of old Varanasi filled with silk shops, hidden shrines, and traditional street flavours. Visit Bharat Mata Temple and Tulsi Manas Temple to experience the cultural depth of the city.

In the evening, witness the grand Ganga Aarti ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Priests perform synchronised rituals with giant lamps, rhythmic bells, and sacred chants—an unforgettable spiritual spectacle. Return to hotel for overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 2 – Sarnath Serenity & Cultural Heritage
After breakfast, drive to Sarnath, the sacred Buddhist site where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon after enlightenment. Explore the magnificent Dhamek Stupa, ancient monastery ruins, and peaceful gardens that echo centuries of history.

Visit the Archaeological Museum (closed on Fridays) to see the Lion Capital of Ashoka, India’s national emblem. Spend quiet moments at the Mulagandha Kuti Vihar Temple surrounded by chanting monks and Bodhi trees.

Return to Varanasi in the afternoon. If time permits, explore local silk weaving centers or enjoy a final walk along the ghats before departure—carrying divine memories of this timeless city.
