What you can expect

  • Discover Corte Borghetti in the heart of Valpolicella Classica with a wine tour that combines family history, tradition, and the flavours of the region. The experience takes you through the vineyards and the wine cellar to learn about the production philosophy and the wine-making methods that have characterised the estate for generations, housed in a historic 17th-century villa.

The itinerary begins with a walk through the vineyards surrounding the property, to take in the Valpolicella landscape and understand the origin of the wines. It continues with a visit to the cellar, with a particular focus on the areas dedicated to drying the grapes, a distinctive element of the area and a key step for some of the most iconic labels.

The visit concludes with a guided tasting of five wines in the charming 17th-century barrel cellar, a space full of charm that tells the storey of centuries of passion and hard work:

    Sparkling white 100% Garganega
    Valpolicella Classico DOC
    Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC
    Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso DOC
    Amarone della Valpolicella Classica D.O.C.G.
The wines are paired with cold cuts and cheeses from Lessinia, with artisanal lime and orange mostardas, and a tasting of our extra virgin olive oil served on warm bread. The finale is dedicated to Amarone, accompanied by dark chocolate to enhance its depth and structure.
