Once the main dish is prepared, a dream table awaits you, set under the olive trees or inside the trullo in case of bad weather. The table setting is a tribute to love: soft colours, petals, scented candles, ceramic plates, fresh flowers, and small secret poetic phrases hidden among the courses. Every detail celebrates intimacy and mutual care.

Savour a multi-course dinner, served in a refined yet authentic way. After a welcome aperitif and the cooking class, the sensory journey continues with a selection of Apulian starters: seasonal sweet and sour vegetables, focaccia, typical cheeses, capocollo, and small hot tastings that awaken the senses.

The dish cooked together is served as the main course, followed by a dessert inspired by the couple, hand-decorated and accompanied by a glass of local sweet wine or a Puglian digestif.

During the dinner, participate in a mini guided tasting of extra virgin olive oil (produced from our olives) and local wines, selected from small artisanal wineries in the area. A sommelier or expert will accompany you on this journey, revealing curiosities and pairings.

Enhance the evening with a live musical performance: a selected musician will accompany the dinner with acoustic guitar, violin, or voice and piano (depending on availability and your tastes).
