Your first stop is the magnificent Xàtiva Castle, an impressive fortress stretching across a mountain ridge. With your entrance ticket included, you'll explore its ancient walls, towers, gateways and defensive structures while enjoying spectacular panoramic views over the surrounding valleys. Along the way, your guide will bring centuries of history to life, from the Romans and Moors to medieval kings and the powerful Borgia family.
After visiting the castle, continue to the Museum of Fine Arts, where you'll discover the city's rich artistic heritage and learn more about the Borgia legacy. Here you'll also see one of Spain's most unusual historical curiosities: the famous upside-down portrait of King Philip V, displayed as a symbol of Xàtiva's remarkable past.

Important Information / Know Before You Go
The visit to Xàtiva Castle involves a steep uphill walk and is physically demanding.
Expect approximately 20–30 minutes of continuous uphill walking, several flights of steps and uneven stone surfaces.
This tour is not recommended for guests with limited mobility or anyone who has difficulty walking uphill.
Comfortable walking or hiking shoes are essential. Flip-flops or sandals are not recommended.
Bring a reusable water bottle, sun cream, sunglasses and a hat during the warmer months.
Lunch is not included.
