This is a fully private chef’s table experience set within a private, intimate studio—offering an authentic encounter with Japan’s finest ingredients.
To secure the world's most coveted seasonal selections, reservations must be confirmed at least 4 days in advance. You will be personally hosted by a master chef with over 40 years of experience in the art of traditional Japanese cuisine.

The experience opens with PREMIUM A5 KOBE BEEF. Here, you will witness the quiet precision of the master’s blade.

If you wish, you may personally take the knife to cut your selected Kobe beef under my guidance. Furthermore, for those interested in the art of sushi, I am happy to offer a private lesson in the traditional “Nigiri” technique (approx. 1 hour).
For this lesson, I have prepared the world's most beloved ingredients: Bluefin Tuna, Salmon, and Shrimp. These favourites are perfect for practising the delicate “Nigiri” balance as many times as you wish. These are complimentary, optional experiences for my guests—simply let me know your preference.
You will then transition into the final world of sushi, where each piece is handcrafted from the morning's finest catch. The journey reaches a height as Kobe beef is delicately seared and transformed into sushi—a rare marriage of Wagyu richness and Edo-style craftsmanship.
