What you can expect

The tour will take you in the very beating heart of Tuscany.
We will set a meeting point and from there with an accessible walk we will start hunting the best seasonal truffle available at that period.
My dog stella will be the main starring actor 😂
The tour will last around 1/1,5 hour.
I will do my best to share with you the passion I feel for this wonderful land, where I was born in.
During the Hunting I will share with you my knowledge about plants, local history and mushroom since I am a pharmacist and passionate botanist.
I will teach you all I know about the symbiosis of this curious underground mushroom (truffle) and how the world cuisine has taken it to another level.
