Know before you book

    • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
    • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
    • Shared ATVs are organised for two travellers per vehicle. If your reservation includes an uneven number of guests, the traveller left without a partner must use an individual quad bike, and the corresponding upgrade cost will be paid at check in.
    • Only guests who are at least 16 years old may drive an quad bike, regardless of the quad bike option selected at the time of booking.
    • Each quad bike has a maximum capacity of 2 people. No additional travellers can be added to the same vehicle under any circumstance.
    • For zip line activities, the maximum permitted weight is 110 kg. For horseback riding, the maximum permitted weight is 120 kg.
    • This tour cannot accommodate luggage. Guests may bring only small personal items, compact bags, or small backpacks. The vehicles are assigned for passenger transport throughout the route and continue operating with other travellers, so they cannot be used to store, guard, or protect suitcases, large bags, or extra belongings.
    • The lunch included in this experience is one Mexican dish from the available à la carte menu. It is served as part of the regular meal option and cannot be adapted for special diets, food restrictions, or personal meal preferences.
    • Pets and companion animals are not allowed on this activity. For safety reasons, animals cannot board the transport or take part in the tour.
    • Travellers who plan to swim in the cenote should not apply creams, sun cream, insect repellent, lotions, or similar body products before entering the water.
    • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.

Activity itinerary

We will arrive at the eco-park ready for a day that blends culture, jungle action, refreshing water, and adventure from different angles. The experience begins with a Mayan ceremony demonstration, adding a cultural and atmospheric opening before the activity moves into the more adrenaline-filled parts of the park. The route continues with time to explore and swim in a cavern cenote, where fresh underground waters create one of the most refreshing moments of the day. After the cenote, travellers will take on a short rappel descent of approximately 4 metres, adding a fun challenge before moving into the quad bike portion of the experience. The quad bike ride brings speed, dust, and outdoor excitement as travellers move through jungle-style terrain. Then, the zipline circuit adds height and motion to the day, with 4 fast zip lines, a 1 km zipline, an aquatic zipline, and canopy lines that offer different ways to experience the landscape. A life jacket, cenote guide, adventure equipment, and adventure guide are included for the activities. To close the experience, travellers will enjoy a Mexican dish with a light drink, giving the day a satisfying local finish after the adrenaline of the park.
