Disclaimer/Important:
-Northern lights chase tours can be anywhere between 5-8 hours. The duration depends on factors such as how far we must Chase. We do not have a defined duration for this reason.
-We are a company operating in the High Arctic, and weather can always change quickly and can be unpredictable. Safety always comes first.
-Northern lights are a natural phenomenon and never a guarantee. We do not offer a refund or money back if the chase is unsuccessful. Please note that we see aurora around 85% of the nights, but no company has 100% success
-The point of a northern lights chase is to find clear skies, away from light pollution of Tromso city centre. Once we find a suitable spot then it's up to nature!
-Northern lights often appear brighter in photos than with the naked eye. We have no control over how strong the aurora will appear.
-Dress warm! We are in the Arctic and may travel to locations with temperatures reaching -25C
-Northern lights require patience: you may experience waiting in a dark, open area for long periods of time as we await for the aurora to appear. Again we have no control over when they appear, how strong, etc. Patience is key!
-Sometimes the weather is very challenging and requires us to travel to very specific locations to find clear skies. Not every location is entirely picturesque, although our aim is to find these whenever possible. Sometimes during these evenings, there are few locations where the aurora will be visible, and we will be sharing this location with other companies and possibly many other guests, although we do our best to avoid this whenever possible.
-If you have any questions, just ask! We are honest and transparent
Please meet at Kaigata 2B at 17:40 - The bus will depart at 18:00
