Introduction to olive oil tasting: Learn how to distinguish an Extra Virgin Olive Oil from other olive oils and discover how to taste it properly.

Five-course tasting menu of traditional Mallorcan cuisine: Enjoy a menu created by our chef using fresh and local products. The menu includes one appetiser, one starter, two main courses and one dessert, all with the modern and personal touch of our chef.
