  • Mandatory use of life jacket.
  • Not allowed: Use of any type of Sunblocks and Body Creams are not allowed, in order to prevent any accident and protect our local flora and fauna
  • Alcohol consumption: In Mexico, the consumption of alcoholic drinks is legal from the age of 18. During the tour, any alcoholic drinks that may be offered will only be served to participants over the age of 18, subject to verification of identification.
  • Smoking prohibition: Smoking is not allowed on board our transparent boat or in the facilities related to the tour.
  • Glassware: For your safety and that of the crew, please do not use glass containers or products
  • Late Arrivals: If a traveller is late, our team will be responsible for integrating them into the tour quickly, whenever possible. In addition, we offer the option to reschedule at no cost if you show up at our offices and your cruise schedule allows. This ensures that this unique experience is not lost.
  • Adjusted Schedules: Our excursions are carefully designed to ensure you return to Cozumel’s main pier on time, allowing you to board your cruise smoothly. You are advised to inform staff at the time of registration.
