The experience starts by recognizing the geography of the pacific coast and the primary ingredients that are used for all the dishes in the cooking class. Then, while making mise en place we will talk about the culture of the pacific coast practices in cooking, the azoteas plants an their use as seasoning, flavoured and medicinal proposes.
The cooking class will have 3 courses and a cocktail.
Starter: Ceviche de Camarón (Shrimp Ceviche) or Chontaduro Ceviche (vegetarian option)
Principal: Arroz Endiablado (seafood rice)
Dessert: Cocada (Coconut sweet)
Coctail: Sol de la Bahia (Passion fruit coctail inspire in the beatiful sun of Buenaventura)
