Marinilla (Pass by)

On this site, they will learn about the history of the community that had to relocate and how the reservoir transformed the region. Piedra Del Penol (Pass by)

La Piedra del Peñol is an imposing 220-meter high rock formation, considered one of Colombia’s main tourist attractions. Travellers will have the option of ascending the 740 steps to the top, where they will be rewarded with a spectacular panoramic view of the Guatapé reservoir and the mountainous landscapes of Antioquia. For those who prefer to admire the rock from the base, there are rest areas, souvenir shops and spaces to take pictures.
