The excursion will be supported by one or two cycling guides, qualified as FCI Mountain Bike Master Instructors. This is therefore an excellent opportunity to learn how to ride safely off-road, also suitable for beginners who will be fully supported by the instructor.
It is advisable to dress in several layers; it is therefore preferable to have a light windproof jacket/jacket to remove/wear as needed
