After a short introductory tasting, you’ll become a winemaker for a day: you’ll experiment with different wine bases, create your own personal blend, and learn how a label is created. Once you have chosen your wine, you will bottle it, insert the cork and capsule, and consider the name and label. The experience concludes with a convivial lunch featuring local produce and organic Chianina beef raised on the estate.
