The lessons are organised according to wind conditions and the student's level, so as to guarantee you a safe, fun experience that is suited to your progress.
If it's your first time, you'll start with a stable board to get comfortable with the wing and learn the basic movements in a simple and natural way. Once you've gained confidence, the foil will come into play.
During the class, you will learn:

• starting and changing direction
• speed management
• first emotions “in flight” on the foil
