I'm Lua, a cooking instructor, having grown up in Northern Vietnam and lived in the South for 28 years, with extensive travels across Vietnam and 17 other countries, I bring a diverse culinary expertise from many regions.
Learning to cook at my home offers a truly authentic experience, where I will guide you step by step through the cooking process to get the best results and share plenty of cooking tips and stories along the way. I specialise in authentic, healthy home-style dishes made with high-quality ingredients. Menus can be tailored to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-intolerant, or other special diets.

- Bánh cuốn - Rice crepe rolls with pork, prawn, mushroom, or plant-based meat
- Bánh mì - Vietnamese sandwich with beef, pork, chicken, plant-based meat, or mushroom.
- Bún thịt nướng, Bún chả, Bún bò Nam Bộ, Bún đậu hũ - Rice vermicelli with stir-fried beef, grilled chicken, pork, plant-based meat, mushroom, or tofu.
- Chả giò - Fried spring rolls with chicken, pork or tofu, bean
- Gỏi cuốn - Salad rolls with pork, chicken, shrimp or tofu
- Gỏi - Mango, papaya, pomelo, or cabbage salads with shrimp or tofu
- Gà sả ớt - Chicken or plant-based meat, mushroom with lemon grass and chilli
- Thịt kho trứng - Braised pork and egg
- Cá kho - Braised fish
- Mì xào - Stir-fried noodles with beef, shrimp or tofu, plant-based meat
- Cơm tấm - Grilled pork chop or plant-based meat and broken rice
- Canh cá - Fish soup
- Canh chua - Sweet and sour soup with fish, shrimp or mushroom

- Guests cook the same menu together in a shared kitchen setting (no separate stations).
