The Tonle Sap is home to the floating village Kampong Phluk and is one of the most famous Siem Reap day trips. We go to visit an intimate view into the locals’ lives, where you’ll get opportunities to meet and converse with villagers and learn about the sustainable village. Learn how the village changes during dry and wet seasons, with locals travelling to work and school by boat when water levels rise. Great for avoiding overrun tourist destinations Marvel at iconic Cambodian landscapes of mangroves and stilt houses Complimentary. Most families live on the lake shore in brightly coloured houses on long poles, so the high-water levels are not a problem during the rainy season.

Totally you can see floating village, school, pagoda and floating forests, but if you book a tour schedule start from 2:00pm and 3:00pm you can see a very nice sunset at the lake on the boat. After that we take you back to your hotel or you can tell the driver to drop you off at the market, Pub Street or some place in the city.
