What you can expect

Begin with cultural food experience!
You may choose either miso or onigiri (rice ball) making workshop, or even both by paying the optional fee.
For miso making, you will use high-quality rice koji sourced from a 150-year-old fermentation shop. Then, craft your own onigiri rice balls using Tokyo-grown rice and freshly harvested nori seaweed.
After that, you can eat and enjoy your own onigiri followed by tasting five differnt types of amazake, traditional and tasty Japanese drink .

Next, visit Kōdōin, a historic sub-temple of Zojoji, for a matcha tea ceremony in a peaceful, cultural setting. Learn about the history of tea, and the area of Zojoji.

Enjoy a traditional rickshaw ride around the iconic Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple area — an unforgettable way to see the city from a local perspective.

Lastly, taste premium sake at Minato Shuzo — the only sake brewery within Tokyo’s 23 special wards.

All ingredients used in this experience are 100% plant-based and vegan-friendly. English-speaking staff will guide you throughout the journey to ensure a comfortable and immersive experience.
