What you can expect

Learn the authentic art of mochi-making, from pounding the mochi to shaping and filling it yourself. Get hands-on experience creating several types, such as red bean mochi, mochi ice cream, mitarashi dango (grilled skewered mochi with sweet soya glaze), and wagashi (beautiful candy-style mochi).
