③Comparison of matcha. We serve 8 types of matcha. 6 of them are ceremonial grade, 2 are not defined as matcha but are sold as matcha around the world. After you look at the colour of matcha, we will make tea and serve it, so please enjoy the colour, fragrance, and taste.
④Matcha making experience. Choose the matcha you like best from the ones you tried and make matcha by yourself. Finally, make Ousucha (matcha) using a bamboo tea whisk. Once you've completed your experience, you'll still be able to make matcha at home.
⑤Enjoy matcha latte and hojicha latte and matcha sweets. We use our original blend matcha that goes perfect with milk .
