What you can expect

  • The population of Tikal experienced continuous growth, beginning in the Preclassic Period (approximately between 2000 BC and 200 AD), reaching its peak in the Late Classic, with rapid growth between 700 and 830 AD, followed by a strong decline.

Today you will know the cities that knew the peak of all knowledge.
In a tour of approximately 3 hours, with time to take photos, climb the temples.
Recommendation to bring a lot of energy.
You will know temple number 4 that was used for the Star War film, 70 metres high.
During the walk you will see many birds and monkeys jumping in the trees and also screaming, our tour is composed and very well designed, walking between trails, Mayan roads, time to rest.
