Join us for an unforgettable experience that combines sailing, nature, culture, and gastronomy in one of the most enchanting landscapes of the Tigre Delta. A full day to disconnect from the city and be amazed by the harmony between the river, the islands, and local history.
The adventure begins in Buenos Aires, travelling to the northern part of the city. Along the way, you'll see iconic landmarks such as the University City and River Plate Stadium, alongside highways and industrial areas that gradually give way to an increasingly green and natural environment.
Upon arriving in Tigre, the tour begins with a visit to the traditional Puerto de Frutos, a picturesque market on the riverbank where locals buy household goods, handicrafts, and regional products. The tour then continues along the elegant Paseo Victorica, with a stop to stroll through the gardens of the Tigre Art Museum (MAT), a historic building surrounded by nature and offering privileged views of the river.
At lunchtime, we'll head to a restaurant unique for its location and surroundings: María Luján Ristorante, situated on the banks of the Luján River. There, you'll enjoy a meal in an unparalleled setting, combining quality flavours with a view that invites you to relax and savour the moment.
After lunch, the experience continues from the Port of Tigre, where we'll board a boat to navigate the Delta's most important rivers. On board, the captain will guide us through canals, past houses on stilts, and through lush vegetation until we reach Isla El Descanso, a true natural oasis. On the island, we'll take a leisurely stroll to discover its paths, gardens, and secluded corners, carefully integrated into the landscape—ideal for connecting with nature and enjoying a serene and unique environment.
After the visit, we resumed our journey to explore the final stretch of the Delta and connect with the majestic Río de la Plata. From the water, we admired the coastal areas of San Isidro, Martínez, Olivos, and Núñez, observing how the landscape gradually transforms until we reached the modern Puerto Madero, where low-rise houses give way to skyscrapers. During this leg of the trip, we also witnessed the constant stream of aircraft at Aeroparque Jorge Newbery Airport, adding a special charm to the return journey.
