- We exclusively pick up from hotels within Fairbanks city limits. Staying at an Airbnb. You must contact our office to coordinate.
- Standard Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. (Note: The online booking fee is non-refundable).
- Large Group Policy: Applies to private tours or groups of 8+ people. You must cancel 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
