Food and wine: we've designed this tour for those who don't want to give up either.
The tour kicks off with a walk through the vineyards. We'll start by explaining the wine-making traditions of Valpolicella, then we'll introduce the main steps in the production of our grapes, with a nod to organic farming. We'll talk about the harvest and then head to the winemaking rooms. We'll wrap up the tour with a visit to the barrel cellar, where our wines are aged. After the tour, we'll sit down for a tasting of 5 traditional red wines, accompanied by cold cuts, cheeses, and other typical products.
