If you've already done rappelling and some water activities, this option is perfect for a unique experience. Located in the Potrero Redondo ejido in the municipality of Santiago Nuevo León, you'll enjoy the wonders of nature and its formations in the canyon. On this adventure, you'll go hiking, swim with a life jacket, and rappel. During the tour, you'll enjoy turquoise water pools, water slides, water jumps, and 7 rappels of 10, 30, 35, 48, 30, 45, and 50 metres, some of them down waterfalls that will leave a lasting impression. Our adventure begins at the Hotel Cola de Caballo, which will be our meeting point, and from there, the transfer will be by off-road vehicle. We will travel for an hour and a half along a dirt road through the mountains until we reach the Potrero Redondo communal land, where we will have a light breakfast and begin the preparation phase, with each person getting the equipment they need to enjoy this adventure. Then, the thirty-minute hike will begin, taking us through pine trees and green areas that will remain in your memory forever. After completing this hike through the canyon, we will reach the top of the first 10-meter rappel to warm up for an adventure of 4 more rappels. From here, there will be more rappels, pools, slides, and fun, and you will take some time to rest and have a snack. Your sixth and seventh rappels will leave you with an unforgettable experience, as they take place right next to a 110-meter (361-foot) waterfall. On the last rapel, you will end up in a large turquoise pool surrounded by towering mountain walls. To conclude your adventure in the canyon, there will be an uphill hike of approximately one hour, which is no less challenging. Once you have finished, you will return to the vehicle area to change into dry and comfortable clothes and enjoy a well-deserved meal featuring a delicious local dish. A 1.5-hour drive will then take you back to the Hotel Cola de Caballo, where we met.
