Overview

  • During this guided tasting, you will sample 2 premium tequilas and 5 locally produced artisanal mezcals, carefully selected to showcase the diversity of agave.

Learn about the history of agave distillation, the differences between tequila and mezcal, and proper tasting techniques, aromas, and flavour profiles.

The tasting is paired with a selection of traditional moles and authentic Mexican snacks, allowing you to explore how local flavours beautifully complement agave spirits.

Led by a local host in a relaxed and authentic atmosphere, this tasting supports small producers and offers a deep connection to Oaxacan culture and gastronomy.

This experience can be hosted at a selected venue or arranged directly at your accommodation, including your hotel, holiday rental, or private stay, for a more personalised and comfortable experience.
