Discover rock climbing on the volcanic rock of Tenerife, an island with a long climbing tradition and some of the most beautiful crags in the Canary Islands.

Meet your guide in the south of the island and, after a short 15-minute walk, you'll reach the base of the crag. Your certified guide will set up the ropes, explain the safety system and choose routes that match your level, whether it's your very first time on rock or you already climb and want to improve.

We work in small groups with a maximum of 4 climbers per guide, so you'll get real attention and plenty of time on the wall. We call it stepping out of your comfort zone in a controlled way: you'll be surprised by how far you can go!

All the technical equipment is included. If you have your own climbing shoes, bring them (they're the most personal item); otherwise we'll lend you a pair.

A great activity for couples, friends and families with children from 10 years old.

Two ways to book:

• Join a group: book per person and share the activity with other participants (max. 12). Meet your guide at the meeting point. Travelling solo? Choose the single-person rate.
• Private group with hotel pickup: book the whole group (up to 4 people) for one fixed price. You'll have your own guide, and we'll pick you up at your accommodation in the south of Tenerife (Costa Adeje to El Médano) and bring you back afterwards.
