At one of Tbilisi’s beloved folk restaurants, you’ll be welcomed to a table filled with authentic Georgian flavours: Shotis Puri, a cheese assortment, aubergine with walnuts, red & green pkhali, fresh tomato & cucumber salad, ajapsandali, lobio with mchadi, family-style potatoes, stewed mushrooms, warm khachapuri, and juicy chicken mtsvadi (BBQ) with tomato sauce. Drinks are served throughout dinner: Georgian wine, lemonade, and water.
