    The tour begins in the traditional mountain village of Apollona, nestled in the foothills of Mount Profitis Ilias. Your first stop is a visit to a women’s agricultural cooperative, where you’ll meet the local women behind the production of traditional Rhodian delicacies and learn how they preserve time-honored recipes.

    After a relaxed walk through the village, you’ll visit a local winery to discover indigenous grape varieties and enjoy a tasting of Rhodes’ award-winning wines.

    The highlight of the tour is a hands-on cooking lesson with a local cook. Learn how to prepare classic Greek and Rhodian dishes such as tzatziki, aubergine salad, dolmadakia, and traditional cheese pies,—using local ingredients and authentic techniques.

    Your experience concludes with a delicious homemade lunch, where you’ll enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared together in a friendly, communal setting. Before leaving Apollona, you’ll also enjoy a traditional Greek coffee.
