What you can expect

The experience begins with a guided tasting of five selected wines, paired with flavoured EVO oils and cold dishes of Sicilian cuisine, prepared with seasonal ingredients. Each glass tells a unique storey, enhanced by pairings designed to enhance the aromas and flavours of each wine.

The visit continues with a tour of the winery, where past and present merge: from ancient concrete tanks to modern winemaking technologies, always respecting the land and quality.

The grand finale? The tapping of the prestigious Nero di Cicco, straight from the French oak barrel. A special and unique moment that allows you to savour the wine in its purest form, freshly tapped, closing the experience with a sip that encapsulates all the essence of the territory.
