Most visitors see Tashkent. You'll understand it.
A local guide. Real areas. Centuries of history — and if you're ready, the meal that locals have been proud of for generations.
Experience Tashkent your way with a tour designed to match your interests. Choose between a classic walking tour, a combined walking & food experience, or a private tour with a car—all led by a friendly local guide.
Classic Walking Tour
If you select the walking tour, your guide will lead you through Tashkent's most iconic landmarks. Visit Amir Temur Square, the historic heart of the city, and continue to Independence Square, the country's largest and most symbolic plaza. Explore the Hazrati Imam complex (Khast Imam), home to centuries-old Islamic architecture and sacred manuscripts, including one of the world's oldest Qurans. You will also walk through the vibrant Chorsu Bazaar, known for its lively atmosphere, spices, fresh products, and local street culture. The walking tour ends at the Khast Imam Complex.
️ Food & Walking Tour
If you choose the food & walking tour, you get the full walking route above — plus a sit-down meal at a traditional local restaurant after the walk. You'll taste plov (osh)—the country's most famous dish made with rice, carrots, meat, and aromatic spices. Try manti, large steamed dumplings filled with juicy meat; somsa, a crispy tandoor-baked pastry with meat or potatoes; and shashlik, flavourful kebabs grilled over charcoal. Each dish is served at an authentic local eatery loved by residents — not a tourist trap — giving you a true “real Uzbekistan” experience. The food is included. No extra costs at the restaurant.
For travellers who want both sightseeing and cuisine, the combined tour offers the perfect balance: history, lifestyle, and authentic food—all in one outing.
Whichever option you choose, you'll enjoy a friendly local guide, flexible pacing, and a genuine introduction to Tashkent's culture, traditions, and everyday life.
