Visit a local brewery to immerse yourself in the world of craft beer: raw materials, brewing, fermentation… before tasting a selection of distinctive beers with commentary.

Then, head to a winery, where you will discover the vineyards, the vat house, the barrel cellar, and the subtleties of winemaking and ageing.

Along the way, we will take time for a contemplative break to admire the wine-growing landscapes, understand the terrain and exposures, and feel the strong connection between the place and the product. A calm and inspiring moment, between nature and knowledge.

The tasting continues with a Wine & Food workshop to explore the pairings between wines and local products.
