Teresa was born and raised in the city and is a passionate and creative teacher with over 7 years of experience with tourism and has always cooked the recipes of her family's tradition. The atmosphere at Teresa’s house will be welcoming and familiar, you will learn to prepare three typical Sicilian dishes in season, using only local ingredients.
What more does this lesson offer you: preparation of traditional and family recipes or three types of pasta, seasonal menu.This lesson is also informative about local products and you learn techniques and curiosities about Italian gastronomic culture.After class enjoy your time relaxing.
From June 1st to the end of October classes are in Teresa's Villa. Address : via Isole delle Molucche 8 t ARENELLA.Transportation of guests can be arranged.

From 1 June to the end of September the lesson will be only at the following address : Via Isole Molucche 8 t ARENELLA SYRACUSE .Discover the true soul of Sicily by entering Teresa's kitchen.It's not just a cooking lesson, it's a sensory journey through scents, authentic flavours and family recipes.Teresa organises a perfect menu for you, three recipes that will give you satisfaction at first taste. After cooking relax and enjoy your time. Do you have a Sicilian dish that you dream of learning to cook? Join Teresa at 8:45 for a sensory walk in the Ortigia Point of Sale: Teresa takes you to choose the ingredients and make your favourite recipe together, buy food for the lesson, while listening to useful information about food and basic recipes, which will get you right into the atmosphere of the island.The Guided Tour of the Point of Sale must be requested at the time of Reservation, it lasts one hour with an extra on the price of €50 per person to be paid locally, tastings are also included .. From 1 June to the end of September, the lesson will be at Teresa’s Villa in the Arenella seaside area, a 15-minute drive from Ortigia. Transport can be arranged.
