  • Cooking in Syracuse near Ortigia gets practical in Teresa’s home, where a small-group class capped at five travellers focuses on three seasonal Sicilian dishes made with local ingredients. Activity itinerary

Until October 15, classes will take place exclusively at Via Isole delle Molucche 8, Arenella. Discover authentic Sicilian cuisine with Teresa! You will prepare a personalised menu from scratch featuring 3 seasonal recipes, using fresh, local ingredients. Enjoy an authentic, hands-on experience and take home the written recipes. Dopo la lezione, rilassati e goditi il tuo tempo libero. Would you like to learn a special Sicilian dish? You can add a one-hour walk through the Ortigia Market to your booking, starting at 8:45 a.m. Teresa will guide you in choosing the ingredients, Shopping for the class, and preparing your favourite recipe, while sharing traditional tips and recipes. Additional cost: €50 per person, including a sweet or savoury breakfast with local products. The market visit must be requested at the time of booking. Transport is available at an additional cost upon request.
