What you can expect

Begin your adventure with a midnight pickup in Surabaya. Travel by shared vehicle to Mount Bromo to witness the legendary sunrise over the volcanic caldera. Explore the Sea of Sand and hike to the crater rim before continuing a scenic drive to your accommodation in the Ijen area. Check in and rest before the upcoming midnight trek.

Start your midnight trek to Ijen Crater to witness the rare electric Blue Fire and the world’s largest acidic lake. The tour concludes at noon with a drop-off at Ketapang Ferry Port (Banyuwangi), perfectly timed for your ferry crossing to Bali.
