This is SUPMindfulness: a wellness experience that combines SUP, mindful breathing, meditation, digital detox, and the natural beauty of Lake Maggiore.
You don’t need any previous SUP or meditation experience. The activity is beginner friendly and guided step by step by a certified instructor.

BOOKING FOR 1 PERSON — One-to-One Formula
If you book individually, you will live an exclusive experience dedicated only to you. The instructor will be 100% focused on your needs, helping you feel safe and comfortable on the board.
We can personalise the rhythm of the experience: work more on SUP technique, balance and confidence, or dedicate more space to breathing, mindfulness and guided meditation, according to what you need in that moment.
GROUP BOOKING — 2 or more people
If you book as a couple, with friends or with your group, you will share the experience in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. You will learn the basics of SUP together, paddle at a gentle pace and enjoy the pleasure of slowing down on the lake.
THE EXPERIENCE PROGRAM
Welcome and technical briefing
We begin on shore with a short introduction to the experience, the equipment and the basic safety rules. You will learn how to use the paddle, how to find your balance on the board and how to move on the water with confidence.
Learn to paddle on Lake Maggiore
Once on the water, the instructor will guide you step by step. The pace is calm and accessible, especially for those trying SUP for the first time.
Slow SUP tour towards Isolino Partegora
We paddle gently in the area of Angera, surrounded by the natural setting of Lake Maggiore. The rhythm of the paddle, the sound of the water and the open view of the lake invite you to slow down and become more present.
Mindful breathing on the water
During the tour, you will practice simple breathing exercises while paddling. Every stroke becomes an opportunity to release tension, listen to your body and come back to the here and now.
Guided meditation suspended over the water
The boards are arranged in a circle, like a flower, and you will be guided through a meditation directly on your SUP. A quiet moment to observe, breathe and experience the lake from a deeper perspective.
Herbal tea on the SUP
To close the experience, we share a herbal tea while still on the boards: a simple final ritual to enjoy the calm before returning to shore.
DIGITAL DETOX
During the experience, your smartphone can stay away from distractions. We take photos and videos for you, so you can fully live the moment with your eyes, your breath and your body.
