Discover Austria through its flavours — right in the heart of Salzburg’s historic Old Town. Your evening begins hands-on with a traditional Apple Strudel cooking class, where you’ll learn how to roll, fill, and bake this iconic dessert from scratch. Afterwards, sit back and enjoy Austrian Tapas served in 4 courses — each course featuring 2–3 different regional specialities. From alpine classics to seasonal favourites, you’ll taste the full spectrum of Austrian cuisine, beautifully presented to share and explore. To complete the experience, every course is paired with carefully selected local beers and Austrian wines, chosen to perfectly match the flavours on your plate. And the finale?Your homemade Apple Strudel, served warm — the perfect sweet ending to your Austrian food festival.
