Description

Feel the wind in your hair while pedalling around Stockholm's central islands during a guided bike tour of the Swedish capital. Pump past edifices like the Royal Palace and the Swedish Parliament, and spend the majority of your time on bike lanes and green stretches where cars aren't allowed.

Meet your English speaking guide along the glittering banks of the Klara Sjö in central Stockholm, where you get outfitted with a sleek city bike and a helmet. Participate in an orientation to get your bearings and learn the ways of the road, and then take off with the wind in your hair and a smile on your face.

During the course of your journey, cruise Stockholm's generous bike lanes and revel in the chance to explore an active city without having to compete with car traffic. You'll visit Gamla Stan, Stockholm's Old Town, where cobbled streets and 13th-century architecture dominate the scene. Explore mediaeval alleys as you search for the Royal Palace and the Parliament House.

Coastal breezes wash over you while you cross the bridge over to Djurgården, an idyllic green space in the centre of the city encircled by lush greenery. Check monuments, museums, galleries, and even an amusement park off your sightseeing bucket list, before looping back to the launch point at Kungsbro strand.

It was a great tour as we visited a lot of areas in central Stockholm. Ben , our tour guide, was knowledgeable, friendly and very approachable. He made the whole experience worthwhile and engaging! The tour lasts 3 hours and barely stopped at differ my places. Although the biking was done at a good pace, there were parts of the tour a little more challenging. Great experience and we will do it again!
