What you can expect

As well as scenic landscapes and lochs, Scotland boasts heritage, culture and charming seaside spots. On this full-day tour, discover St Andrews, a coastal resort, home of golf and Scotland’s first university.

From Edinburgh we head to South Queensferry and the Forth Bridges, giving us the chance to take a photo of three of the most remarkable bridges in the world.

Upon arrival, visit Dunfermline Abbey, one of the country’s most important cultural sites where you can see the tomb of King Robert the Bruce. We travel along the Fife coast and the charming little fishing villages of the “East Neuk”, stopping in Anstruther, an old Herring stronghold where you may take the opportunity to try “the best fish and chips in Scotland”

Your tour then takes you to a former royal burgh on the east coast. St Andrews, named after Saint Andrew the Apostle, is a place of pilgrimage and home to Prince William during his university years. At your leisure, visit St Andrews beach, see holy buildings such as Holy Trinity or St Andrew’s Cathedral, play golf, or indulge in some retail therapy.

Your tour will return to Edinburgh
