Know before you book
- Tickets are valid only on the selected visit date.
- Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the premises.
- Children (preschool-aged) must be accompanied by a guardian; children under 24 months enter free.
- Entry is restricted for those who may pose a safety or hygiene risk (e.g., excessive drinkers, skin conditions, mental illness).
- Personal toiletries must be brought or purchased on-site.
- Male body scrub service is unavailable on Mondays at night.
- Bathhouse cleaning times are from 00:00–02:00 for men and 23:00–01:00 for women, during which some facilities may be temporarily unavailable. Ask ChatGPT
- Valuables must be stored at the counter; the facility is not liable for loss due to personal negligence. Lost key fee: 20,000 KRW.
