Discover the serene beauty of the Smolyan Lakes with a full-day canoe rental, perfect for those seeking a self-guided outdoor adventure. Set in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, this experience allows you to explore the interconnected lakes at your leisure, surrounded by lush forests and dramatic mountain scenery.

Begin your day by collecting your single-person canoe at the designated pickup point, where you’ll receive all necessary equipment and a quick orientation. Glide across the calm waters, taking in reflections of the sky and the forested slopes. The lakes offer a peaceful setting for leisure paddling, nature observation, or simply relaxing on the water. Bring along a picnic to enjoy on the shore, or pause to watch local wildlife and birds in their natural habitat.

This activity is suitable for both beginners and experienced paddlers, with no prior canoeing experience required. The canoe is available for use from 08:00 to 17:00, giving you plenty of time to explore at your own rhythm. At the end of the day, return your canoe to the pickup location and leave with lasting memories of the Rhodope’s natural charm.
