What you can expect

As the largest city on Turkey's Mediterranean coast, Antalya has a wealth of magnificent spots for you to see and plenty of stores to browse. Get a look at the city's 2,000-year history and visit some of its shops to find some memories and mementoes to bring home from your stay.

Start the tour at the Düden Waterfalls, one of the scenic symbols of the city, and learn about the 1,800-year-old Antalya Kaleici, Antalya's picturesque historic quarter. Explore the Roman, Seljuk, and Ottoman ruins along the narrow, winding streets, as well as the harbour and traditional shops along the Mediterrenean Coast.

After a stop to admire the white marble arches of Hadrian's Gate, named for the Roman emperor who visited Antalya in 130 AD, step into the modern city to check out its many malls, outlet centers, workshops, and bazaars. You can find a wealth of local or international brands, top-quality textiles, and great prices in selected Turkish vendors, tax-free outlet centers, malls, and souvenir shops.
