What you can expect

  • Step into a serene, beginner-friendly 60-minute workshop designed to help you slow down, awaken your senses, and reconnect with nature in the heart of Singapore. Begin your experience with a warm introduction to botanical wellness and the storey behind Tea Therapy Singapore, learning how floral ingredients have been cherished for centuries for their relaxing and radiant qualities.

Watch a live floral tea brewing demonstration and enjoy a guided tasting of premium botanical blends. Explore a variety of blooms, from soothing rose and roselle to antioxidant-rich chrysanthemum, and butterfly pea flowers, and discover their unique aromas and wellness benefits. Learn the art of brewing floral tea, including the ideal steeping temperature of 85°C–90°C, and the mindful patience it takes to let each flower bloom fully, infusing your cup with delicate flavours and visual beauty.

Next, unleash your creativity as you select, bind, and shape 100% natural dried flowers into your own handcrafted Flora Charm. This hands-on session is more than a craft—it’s a gentle reminder to breathe deeply and embrace small moments of calm. Leave the workshop with 3–5 Flora Charms and practical tips for creating mindful tea rituals at home. Your experience concludes in a tranquil studio, leaving you refreshed and inspired to bring a touch of botanical wellness into your daily life.
